• Processing Time: Processing times vary depending on the product. Estimated turnaround times do not include shipping.

• Custom Products: All custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and are final sale.

• Intellectual Property: All designs, photos, logos, and artwork created by Crafty Hearts are the property of Crafty Hearts and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

• Product Appearance: Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur and are part of the handmade process.

• Limitation of Liability: Crafty Hearts is not liable for misuse of products, indirect damages, or delays outside of our control.
