At Crafty Hearts, every item is handmade with love and created just for you!

• Custom & Personalized Orders: All custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on personalized products.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We'll gladly replace the item or provide store credit.

• Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer available.

• Please Double-Check: Customers are responsible for verifying all names, spelling, sizes, colors, and shipping information before placing an order. Crafty Hearts is not responsible for customer-entered errors.
