• Shipping: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email or text (if provided). Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

• Shipping Delays: Crafty Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Incorrect Addresses: Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Crafty Hearts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

• Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
